Week 10 – Concentration
This week we discovered a very powerful skill: concentration.
Just focus your whole attention on a single thing you are working on and you will see that you will succeed with big steps!
Maybe you will find yourself in a state of Flow
Flow, also known as Zone, is the mental state of operation in which a person performing an activity is fully immersed in a feeling of energized focus, full involvement, and enjoyment in the process of the activity. In essence, flow is characterized by complete absorption in what one does. Proposed byMihály Csíkszentmihályi, this positive psychology concept has been widely referenced across a variety of fields.
Cocentration helped us a lot getting things done this week.
